The site protection details were important on this job. It took time to get it right but it will pay off in the end.. Spending time protecting the existing finishes in the house, is cheap insurance on a project like this.

Complete living room make over happening on this project. We were surprised to find no insulation in the walls and some moisture damage to the flooring so we had to change the plan over night. This living room was gutted, framed and insulated properly. Thankfully we are making quick work of this one, Demo, Framing, electrical and insulation all complete in 2 days, drywall starting tomorrow!

That's a wrap on this fence replacement. 6x6 posts with overlapped fence boards, finished on each side. Thankfully the neighbours were all friendly on this job, some tricky spots around the bushes and trees made for "interesting" ways of working.
